Ordering Information:
You may order items on our website using your credit card or debit card through PayPal, a free and secure service (www.paypal.com). Therefore, all your personal information is kept confidential. We accept personal checks for local, pick up orders only.
If you are a local customer in the north Dallas/Frisco area, feel free to stop by and pick up your order to avoid shipping costs! Just contact us to place your order and we'll provide you with directions.
Or, if you are local and wish to have an item of your own embroidered, we are happy to personalize it for you. Standard monograms are $8.00 per item. Larger monograms or designs over 5,000 stitches may require a custom quote. Please contact us so we can arrange all the details.
Typically, we will create and ship your order within 5 business days. If a particular item is out of stock, or if it is a busy holiday season, additional time may be required and you will be notified by e-mail immediately. If you need a rush order, please notify us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
By law, we are required to charge 8.25% sales tax on all orders that are shipped to an address in Texas.

Return Policy:
Polka Dot Designs stands behind the quality of all the products we sell and we want you to be happy with your order as well. However, since our items our personalized just for you and created per your specifications, they are non-returnable. Please choose monogram fonts and initial placement carefully and double check your order for accuracy!
If we have made an error on a monogrammed order or if an item is defective, please notify us within 14 days of your order date and a replacement of the product you ordered will be sent out to you as soon as possible.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once the order has been created, it is non-returnable.
